Meet the Founding Partner

As a member of both the American Bar Association and the Armenian Bar Association, Ms. Vardanyan brings a wealth of expertise and a profound understanding of legal issues to her practice. As the managing attorney at Vardanyan Law Group, she is a dedicated advocate for people who are navigating through complex immigration matters or fighting for their injuries.

Ms. Vardanyan's journey towards founding V Law has been guided by the principle that a truly effective lawyer comprehends the opposing argument better than the opponent. Drawing from her extensive background, she offers unparalleled insight into the strategies of prosecutors, insurance carriers, and the complexities of immigration law.

Ms. Vardanyan commenced her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office. In this role, she handled a wide array of cases, ranging from violent misdemeanors to complex felony matters, mastering the intricacies of criminal law from investigation to resolution. She conducted trials and advocated for the victims.

Transitioning into civil litigation, Ms. Vardanyan worked in a national law firm, focusing on liability claims, construction accidents, and catastrophic injuries, further broadening her legal expertise and representing major companies in different lawsuits. Her ability to analyze cases from multiple perspectives empowers her to provide vigorous advocacy for her clients, anticipating challenges and proactively strategizing for their defense.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Vardanyan has personally navigated the challenges of immigration to the United States, instilling in her a profound empathy for those facing similar journeys. During her time in law school, she dedicated herself to assisting immigrant communities through the Immigration Justice Clinic and the Empire Justice Center. In law school, Hasmik Vardanyan graduated Top 25% in her class; was as a senior associate in Pace International Law Review and a selected Pro Bono Scholar.

Post-graduation, she continued her commitment to service by providing pro bono representation to individuals seeking to navigate the complexities of immigration law.

Driven by her own immigrant experience and a passion for justice, Ms. Vardanyan's dedication to helping others realize their American Dream culminated in the establishment of V Law. She passionately and vigorously advocates for individuals facing severe injuries, demonstrating unwavering dedication to secure justice and compensation for their pain and suffering. Today, she leads her firm with integrity, compassion, and a relentless pursuit of justice for every client she represents.
